FevaultFevault is an independent client for Firefly III. The app connects to a Firefly III server that you provide and stores the connection settings needed to use that server. We do not sell your data and we do not use your data for advertising tracking.

Fevault is an independent client for Firefly III. The app connects to a Firefly III server that you provide and stores the connection settings needed to use that server.
We do not sell your data and we do not use your data for advertising tracking.
Data you provide
Depending on how you use the app, the app may process:
- Firefly III server URL and connection profile names
- Personal access tokens, OAuth tokens, and proxy settings
- Account, transaction, category, budget, goal, and analytics data returned by your Firefly III server
- Custom profile images or account icons selected by you
- Local app preferences, widget settings, language, theme, and security settings
Where data is stored
Connection secrets are stored in the iOS Keychain. App settings, cached summaries, widget configuration, and optional local snapshots are stored on your device and in the app group container shared with the widget.
The app may export and import backup files when you use the backup feature.
Network connections
The app connects to:
- Your configured Firefly III server or proxy
- Apple services for App Store purchases and restore purchases
- Currency rate providers used by the app, such as Frankfurter and the Central Bank of Russia rate feed, when currency features are used
- Sentry crash diagnostics, when the app needs to report crashes or technical errors
The developer does not operate the Firefly III server you connect to unless explicitly stated in reviewer/demo materials.
Tracking
The app does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Analytics and advertising
The app does not include third-party advertising SDKs. The app does not send behavioral analytics to the developer.
Crash diagnostics
Fevault uses Sentry to collect crash reports and limited diagnostic data needed to find and fix technical problems. Crash diagnostics are not used for advertising tracking. The app is configured not to attach screenshots, view hierarchy data, failed network request capture, or behavioral performance tracing.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, the app may schedule local notifications on your device, such as goal or finance reminders. Notifications are controlled by iOS permission settings.
Photos
If you select custom images, the app uses the iOS photo picker. The app only receives the images you choose.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. The app checks purchase entitlement status to unlock Pro features.
Data deletion
You can remove profiles, clear local settings, delete the app, or revoke tokens on your Firefly III server. Deleting the app removes app-local data, subject to normal iOS backup and keychain behavior.
